"Being referred to Claudia at Origin was instrumental in transitioning our mother to a new location and attending to all her medical needs. Claudia provided us guidance and support and helped us request benefits that we didn't know existed to which our mother was entitled. All the Origin staff has been very professional and very caring people from nurse Jennifer to the therapists and Claudia herself. Claudia and her team are always accessible via telephone or texts and are prompt in responding. They communicate with each other and it's evident they work well together. They also engage with the patient with enthusiasm and joy which really makes a difference.
